Job Title: Locum Planning Lawyer

Location: South East England    
Rate: Up to £60 per hour Umbrella
Working Hours: Full Time, Predominately Remote Working (Committee attendance once per month)
 
Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Council based in the South East England in the search for an experienced Locum Planning Lawyer.  This is a full-time position where you will be handling various planning matters.

Duties may include:

• Dealing with a wide range of Planning issues that is often complex and high profile
• Negotiating and drafting a range of legal documents including section 106 agreements and section 38 and 278 agreements.   
• Building relationships with the Organisation’s clients and partnerships to optimise the provision of legal services

This post is full time, (37 hours per week with office attendance once a month for Committee meetings) offering up to £60 per hour Umbrella.
