Connie Ross - Principal Consultant

After graduating from The Arden School of Theatre, Connie joined Venn Group in 2019 where she became part of the established Public Sector Legal Team in the Midlands Office. Since then, she has been promoted to Principal Consultant specialising in providing interim support across Law, Governance and Research Contracts. Building strong relationships is at the core of Connie’s approach. She takes pride in developing connections with her clients, gaining a thorough understanding of their unique needs and preferences. After 5 years of connecting interim professionals with Universities across the country, Connie is really looking forward to attending her first AULP conference.

Felicity Woodbridge - Principal Consultant

After completing her LPC in 2021, Felicity has been an integral member of the Public Sector Legal Team at Venn Group. Since then, she has been promoted to Principal Consultant specialising in providing interim support to a range of Universities and Local Authorities. Felicity prides herself on taking a personal approach, taking the time to learn what people are looking for. Felicity also acts as an Industry Fellow for a University’s Law School and enjoys connecting Legal Professionals with the Higher Education Sector.

​Philippa Stoate - Senior Manager

Philippa joined Venn Group in 2011 having graduated from The University of Exeter and has specialised in the Public Sector Legal Team providing interim and permanent solutions to her clients. She prides herself on building long-standing relationships with both candidates and clients, whilst always taking the time to understand everyone’s requirements so that she can deliver a tailored, friendly service. Having placed over 1,000 Interims into assignments with Universities, Local Authorities, and other Public Sector organisations all over the UK, she has the experience and know-how to support you in your recruitment process every step of the way.
