Joe Olenka - Bristol's new Senior Manager

We are thrilled to introduce Joe Olenka as the new Senior Manager of our Bristol office!

Since opening in 2002, our Bristol office has achieved two decades of continued success across the South West. During this time, we have established highly successful specialist recruitment teams in Legal, Defence & Security, Housing, Local Government and Healthcare and Joe's addition brings another layer of expertise to our team.

Joe has been with Venn Group for 10 years and has played a pivotal role in advancing our Procurement & Supply Chain offering alongside managing various other public and private sector specialist teams including Finance, HR, Estates & Facilities and Healthcare Strategy/Operations.

We spoke to Joe about the move:

"Relocating to manage our Bristol office is an exciting new chapter in my career, and I couldn't be more thrilled about joining such a fantastic team of talented individuals. It’s been great getting to know them over the last 6 months or so as I’ve made weekly overnight trips to the office, and now I have moved I look forward to bringing all I've learned to help drive our future success, as well as making the most of the professional and social opportunities a vibrant and dynamic city like Bristol offers!

I’d also like to take a moment to recognise the part my previous colleagues in our London office have played in me receiving this opportunity. It’s been wonderful working with you all - we have some amazing talent and there has been lots of success and fond memories to look back on but above all, you are great people so thank you and I look forward to keeping in touch!

After 10 years of living and working in London, adjusting to my new home in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside will be very different, however I am confident that the experiences and memories ahead in the Bristol Office will be rewarding both professionally and personally for my family and me. Here's to new beginnings, continued success, and the exciting journey that lies ahead!"
