​I joined Venn Group in April 2024 with no recruitment experience. My favourite thing about working at Venn Group; and the reason I made my choice to start was the progression structure; ultimately what we put in is what we get out.

I recruit as a part of the rail team, the market is fast paced and unpredictable, it may be a challenge at times but it forces me to hold myself accountable and I wouldn’t change a thing!

Outside of work I have a lot of passion for sport and fitness. With a background in competitive Kick-boxing, I prioritise staying active and continually challenging myself to achieve personal growth and improvement.

I look to continue progressing and climbing the ladder at Venn Group and see what the future holds!
