I joined Venn Group in early 2024, drawn by its reputation for fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment, alongside the opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team. What attracted me most to the company was its commitment to delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates, while offering real career progression for consultants. My favourite part of working here is the collaborative culture, where every team member is encouraged to share ideas and take ownership of their success.

I recruit within the Defence & Nuclear markets, which I find both exciting and rewarding. Working in this space allows me to engage with a wide range of professionals and organisations, from well-established institutions to fast-growing start-ups, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities. I particularly enjoy building strong relationships and helping clients secure the talent they need to drive their businesses forward, while supporting candidates in achieving their career goals.

Outside of work, I am passionate about sports, travel and new technology I don’t need (and often can’t afford). In my free time, you’ll find me at a dart board or in the pub. I believe maintaining a healthy work-life balance is key to staying motivated and productive. Above all, I am proud to be part of Venn Group and look forward to continuing to grow within the company, making a lasting impact on both clients and candidates.
