Joe Olenka

Since joining Venn Group as a graduate in 2014, I have been continuously trained and developed throughout all stages of my career which allowed me to become an established biller before progressing onto a management pathway. The team culture at Venn Group means that everyone has a genuine interest in your success and progression. I was initially brought through to manage our Procurement & Supply Chain team and following a successful few years, I then assumed responsibility for Estates & Facilities, HR and Healthcare Commissioning & Operations, becoming a Senior Manager in the London Office.

Now into my 11th year at Venn Group I have relocated to become the Senior Manager for our Bristol Office, responsible for managing teams of Consultants across multiple remits and sectors. Working with our talented Consultants and playing an active role in their development has now become a big motivator for me. It is a great feeling to see so many go on and hit their milestones, triggering pay reviews and promotions in the process.

Outside of work, I have my other job of being dad to my beautiful daughters Elsie and Gracie and I am a Chelsea season ticket holder (and domestic and European away regular!)
