Matt Dodds

​I joined Venn Group in April 2023, after working in an intensive sales role. I was looking for a new challenge which provided me with growth and career opportunities, which I found with Venn Group through their clear Pathways & Milestones structure.

Since joining Venn Group, I have been working in the Social Housing sector, and have found this to be a very fast-paced market that gives me a lot of autonomy over my approach, while also having a tremendous amount of support from the team. Both candidates and clients seem to have an unmatched enthusiasm for the jobs they have in this sector and are a joy to work with.

Outside of work I am a keen home cook who loves to try and cook new dishes, I enjoy going to the gym, for either weightlifting or boxing, and I am currently working on losing 2 stone.
