Megan Goulder

​I joined Venn Group in September 2023, after spending a year travelling and working in Australia. Having also graduated from university, I was keen to embark on a career that offered both growth and reward.

I was drawn to Venn Group for a number of reasons, including the structured training programme and collaborative, team-based culture. I have felt supported by my team from day one and have enjoyed hitting each milestone as I develop my career.

I am part of the Charity Corporate Services team in the London office and recruit across a wide range of disciplines. I love the variety within the market, and the fast-paced nature of the role keeps me motivated every day!
