​I joined Venn Group in 2016 following a 5-year career in estate agency, at the time I was keen for a change but wanted to leverage the sales and relationship building skills I’d honed.
I chose Venn Group due to them being a market leading supplier to the NHS, and the relationship led recruitment values which encourages consultants to really partner with clients and understand their needs. Since joining I’ve been fortunate enough to progress to Senior Executive Consultant where I’ve been recognised as the Milton Keynes office top biller for 5 consecutive years. In January 2024 I was promoted to Manager, and alongside my day-to-day recruitment duties I really enjoy developing staff and seeing their careers flourish.

I specialise in providing Digital, Technology and Business Intelligence talent to the NHS, this is a fascinating market and it’s great to see the advancements made within Digital Health in recent years and how that has a direct impact on improving patient care, long may this continue. I predominately place contingent workers on an interim basis, or by utilising our managed service and consultancy offering to provide digital solutions on a deliverables basis.

Outside of work I like to lead an active lifestyle with regular visits to the gym, I find this helps me keep up with my 3 young sons who take up the rest of my time!
