Tom Terry

​I joined Venn Group in November 2021, and the main attraction was the team element of the company which is unique compared to other agencies; from my first interview I got on really well with everyone I met and enjoyed the culture and ethos in the office. The month-end nights out were definitely a big factor as well.

I recruit for Finance roles across the Public Sector, a market I thoroughly enjoy due to its fast-paced nature, and I’m excited by some of the prominent clients we get to work with.

Outside of work you can find me down the Molineux supporting Wolverhampton Wanderers.
