Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Job description: Venn Group has partnered with an organisation based in the Warwickshire area to find an Account Administrator on a long fixed term contract basis.
Responsibilities:
- Processing sales invoices
- Dealing with queries by telephone and mail
- Processing direct debit mandates
- Posting incoming receipts onto SAGE
- Completing some Purchase Ledger duties
- Completing any administrative duties when necessary
The ideal candidate will:
- Have good knowledge of MS Office
- Be able to pick things up quickly
- Possess good administrative skills
