Venn Group are pleased to have partnered with one of our valued clients to source a diligent and driven administrator for an exciting new interim role.
Location: Stevenage (fully on-site)
Duration: Three months +
Rate: £11.44 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours p/week)
The main duties of the role include:
- Handling day-to-day administrative duties including HR paperwork, ad hoc reports, and gathering information for complaints
- Participating in meetings with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, taking minutes when required
- Collating/distributing papers for meetings
- Following up action points from meetings with the relevant party to ensure that they are completed in good time
- Acting as an initial point of contact, fielding a wide range of queries and escalating urgent matters as required
- Undertaking secretarial and administrative duties, preparing documents with a high degree of accuracy
Essential skills/experience required:
- Demonstrable experience working in fast-paced administrative environments
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
- Experience of taking minutes in meetings (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
