Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within an established North East  based Local Authority as a Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor. The client is looking for someone to start on a  full-time, fully remote basis, to start imminently, for a period of 3 months initially.

Main Responsibilities:

• Dealing with Ordinary Residence 

• Handling sections 16's and 21a's

• This role is suitable for a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister/CILEx 

Hourly rate: £55-60 per hour, via Umbrella

Recent Adult Social Care experience is essential within a Local Authority setting.
