Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Association in Greater Manchester to recruit for a Building Surveyor on a temporary to permanent contract.
As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Building Surveyor.
The duties will include:
- Surveys on tenanted social housing stock
- Pre inspection surveys
- Diagnose faults
- Carry out about 10 visits per day
- Write up reports
- Liaise with tenants
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Driving Licence & own transport
