Job Title: CAFM Technician

Venn Group is working with a Univeristy in Greater Manchester to recruit a CAFM Technician on a temporary ongoing basis.
Duties will include:
- Maintain the asset database, ensuring change requests are accurately processed within agreed timescales
- Maintain planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules, ensuring the delivery of planned activities is effectively coordinated and recorded
- Maintain user accounts within the CAFM system, ensuring users have the appropriate level of access and permissions to perform their duties
- Import and export asset, finance, supplier and work order data to and from the CAFM system, ensuring accuracy
- Support the production and maintenance of asset management user guides, including the use of the CAFM system, communicating any changes to end users
- Assist with the planning, organisation and delivery of training sessions to CAFM system end users
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- HNC or working towards a degree in IT/Asset Management/FM, or able to demonstrate relevant experience
- Experience using CAFM systems (Concerto preferred
Desirable Skills
- Experience configuring a CAFM system.
- Experience of building dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience of coding (SQL preferred).
- Experience of using Microsoft Visio.
