Commercial Property Lawyer – Buckinghamshire

The Opportunity
The firm are actively looking to recruit at multiple levels throughout the department including at junior and senior levels. Applications will therefore be considered from Commercial Property Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, Fee Earners, Paralegals and Legal Secretaries.
You could be responsible for managing your own caseload of acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property, landlord and tenant advice, option agreements, and matters relating to commercial leases and licenses.

The Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive, any range of experience
- Detailed knowledge of Commercial Property matters
- Ambitious and reliable
