What You’ll Do:
- Navigate Complexity: Manage and advise on a varied and complex commercial caseload with minimal supervision.
- Contract Mastery: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
- Public Procurement Expertise: Provide guidance on public procurement regulations, tendering processes, and contract management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive effective decision-making and liaise with external legal counsel.
- Mentorship: Support and mentor junior legal colleagues, exemplifying the high quality of legal work expected.

- Qualified Professional: You are a Solicitor, CILEX lawyer, or barrister with extensive experience in commercial law.
- Excellent Communicator: You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to negotiate and draft with precision.
