Estates Compliance Manager

Venn Group are working with a London-based NHS Trust to recruit an Estates Compliance Manager.

Rate: £32 p/h (Inside IR35)

Length: 6 months +

Location: London

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

. Managing and monitoring Estates compliance of contracts, ensuring SLAs and quality requirements are met

. Lead on statutory returns specific to the estate’s directorate, Estates Returns Information Collection (ERIC) and Premises Assurance Model (PAM)

. Managing CAFM systems, producing assurance reports and dashboards, collating PPMs, looking at gap analysis and at maintenance contracts

· Leading on all matter relating to auditing and ensuring the Trust and its partners are fully compliant in all relevant practices, specifically HTMs

. Managing the site compliance systems and, maintenance services in accordance with Statutory Obligations, Codes of Practice and HTMs

. Ensuring assessments, contractual audits and inspections and quality checks to both in-house and contracted services are carried out and reported

. Preparing regular detailed reports on Estates/Facilities Compliance matters for monthly reports and present the information at appropriate meetings and committees

. Maintaining a knowledge of relevant legislations, statutory obligations, and Trust Policies and Procedures

The successful candidate will have:

· Strong knowledge of HTMs/HBNs and compliance

. Previous healthcare and PAM experience
