Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Corporate Solicitor with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a leading law firm in South Yorkshire.

This role offers a dynamic and rewarding environment, with a diverse range of high-quality corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and shareholder agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and reorganisations.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate agreements.
• Providing legal support on business structures, financing, and regulatory compliance.
• Building strong relationships with clients, assisting them with strategic legal advice.
• Collaborating with the wider legal team to support both internal and external stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of PQE in corporate law, gained in a reputable firm or in-house.
• Strong technical knowledge and a solid understanding of corporate transactions.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach to work.
• Ambitious and driven to progress within a growing firm.

Hourly rate: DOE
