Job Title: Credit Control Administrator
Job description: Venn Group has partnered with a large organisation based in the Warwickshire area to find a Credit Control Administrator on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving invoice disputes
- Dealing with inbound calls for customers with various queries relating to products
- Taking payments for invoices
- Making outbound calls relating to the resolution of queries
- Processing manual credits and debits to correct amounts
- Cash allocation
- Updating account information onto a bespoke system
- Generating statements and issuing copies of invoices and proof of delivery
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience handling outbound calls
- Be able to pick things up quickly
- Possess good Excel skills
