Credit Controller

We are recruiting for a full time Credit Controller; this role is working for a well-established and reputable Wolverhampton based organisation on a permanent basis and with hybrid working conditions.

Duties:

•             Chase any outstanding debt with telephone and email

•             Raise cases and escalate these appropriately.

•             Assist with a ledger cleanse project and carry out reconciliations.

•             Manage and resolve queries in a professional manner and liaise with relevant departments.

Skills:

•             Proven experience in credit control

•             Strong communication, negotiation and telephone skills

•             Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
