We are seeking an experienced Temp Credit Controller with a strong background in chasing insurance claims and debt recovery for our client. The primary responsibility of this role is to liaise with insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate payment of claims. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing insurance claims and outstanding debts, supported by measurable results. We expect successful candidates/CV's to name Insurance Companies they have worked with when chasing claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chasing Insurance Claims:
  Proactively contact insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or delayed claims, ensuring timely resolution
• Debt Recovery:
  Manage outstanding accounts, reducing aged debt with a focus on achieving recovery targets
• Insurance Liaison:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with key insurance companies such as Bupa, AXA, Aviva, and Vitality Health
• Claims Accuracy:
  Ensure that claims are submitted accurately and in line with insurance policies to avoid delays or rejections
• Reporting:
  Provide regular reports on debt recovery performance and outstanding claims, demonstrating measurable results
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with the finance and administration teams to streamline claim processes and improve efficiency
