Damp and Mould Planner

A position has arisen for a Damp & Mould Planner within a Housing Association in Manchester / Job Ref - J85793

This is a temporary contract for a minimum of 3 months, 36.25 hours per week.

Your duties will include:

• Effectively and proactively scheduling, tracking, and managing operatives’ diaries to ensure all appointments are met, liaising with customers and operatives to arrange and rearrange appointments as required.
• Tracking jobs that may go overdue, planning work to ensure completion within target timescales, and prioritising emergency works.
• Prioritising workloads, assigning the correct trade operatives, and scheduling work to maximise first-time fix potential.
• Providing excellent customer service while scheduling work in the most cost-effective and productive manner.
• Maximising operatives’ efficiency through strategic scheduling, reducing travel time between appointments.
• Collaborating with all departments to ensure performance targets are met.
• Closely monitoring job punctuality and quality, providing feedback on operative performance to the planning manager when required.

Essential requirements:

• Experience in scheduling or planning within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience within a maintenance, repairs, or planning role is desirable.
