Deputy Head of Estates - Compliance
Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Deputy Head of Estates in London to lead on compliance for a busy Estates & Engineering Department to ensure records and are effectively maintained.
Hourly rate: £47.50
Duration:6 months
Hours: 08:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday
Location:London
The successful candidate willbe responsible for:

Maintain compliance records, ensuring mandatory and statutory regulations are consistently met

Ensure asset information is updated and maintained, alongside management reports of equipment

Hold responsibility for line management of Compliance Managers including appraisals and analysis of performance

Carry out reviews on engineering audits and reports, developing new policies and procedures to support the improvement of service delivery

Investigate and provide technical reports on any statutory and mandatory compliance failures

Ensure that all Estates staff have in date necessary training & compliance awareness training provided by approved trainers
The successful candidate will have:

Previous experiencewithin a Senior Management position for Estates, including as Authorised Person

Degree in Engineering or Building related subjects

Membership of Professional Institution
