A position has arisen for an Electrician within a housing association based in Middlesbrough. This role is on a temporary to permanent basis.

The successful candidate must have experience working on domestic properties and have the relevant below qualifications.

Your duties will include:

• Responsive electrical repairs on social housing
• Complete EICR's 
• Ensuring all documentation is to the correct standard and is stored correctly 
• Work within tenanted and void properties

The successful candidate must have:

• NVQ level 3 electrical installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition
• Driving Licence (van & fuel card provided)

Desirable qualifcations: 

• 2391 testing & inspecting
