We are working with an international educational organisation to recruit for an Exam Support Assistant on a 2 month interim contract. Working remotely, the postholder will be responsible for ensuring that all examination hubs are maintaining high standards in all processes, and adhering to internal and external regulations.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Carry out administrative duties relating to training, recruitment, standardisation and monitoring of examiners and markers
- Answer queries from examiners, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
- Implement standardised operational procedures and systems to plan work based on management information
- Receive instructions from various stakeholders and efficiently allocate resources to carry out tasks
- Provide timely feedback on operational issues, enabling continuous improvement in service delivery
- Keep customers informed throughout the process
- Maintain a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Develop strong working relationships across the organisation to facilitate effective service delivery
- Support senior colleagues in hosting or attending external events or meetings, projecting a positive and professional image of the organisation
Ideal candidate profile:
- Prior experience in exam administration
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Experience working as part of a dispersed team
