We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant role based in the Hull area
- Contract: Temporary
- Hours: 37.5 per week
- Full time Office Based
Responsibilities:
- Reconciling payments, petty cash and balance sheet accounts
- Preparing, posting and completing journals by deadlines
- Performing purchase ledger items
- Managing profit and loss expenses analysis
- Preparing monthly sales breakdown report
- Maintaining cashbooks and credit card receipts
- Recording bank statement transactions
- Producing payment sheets
- General administration duties
The successful candidate:
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Can work towards deadlines
- Has experience in a similar role
