HR Operations Manager

Interim NHS HR Operations Manager Immediately Required

Our client, a well-respected NHS organisation in the Southwest, is looking for an interim HR Operations Manager to come on board on an initial 6-month temporary contract while they look to recruit for the substantive post.

Location: Gloucestershire (Predominantly onsite)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract: 6 months +  

Hourly Rate: £29.84 - £31.88 via Umbrella (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of Senior People Advisors and People Advisors, who act as the first points of contacts for the majority of ER activity within the trust
• Team has a wide variety of skill levels; the successful post holder will be needed to come in and create a refresh around rules of engagement i.e. when needed to be in the office, back to basics, identifying training needs etc.
• Providing strong and stable leadership during a period of change within the Trust
• Pick up and assist team with some complex ER cases
• Supporting fellow members of the HR department with ad hoc projects and duties

Essential Skills:

• CIPD Qualified or Equivalent
• Senior Management Experience
