Job Opportunity – HR Business Partner

I’m currently working on a position with a highly regarded healthcare organisation, based in Cambridgeshire, to source an HR Business Partner for the following assignment:
Location: Cambridgeshire (Two days on-site working)
Contract: 3 months+
Rate: £283.85 umbrella per day
Hours: 37.5 per week
Your duties will include:
- Leading on all Directorate related employee relations issues including negotiations, case management and appeals
- Lead on all Directorate related medical staffing matters, including all employee relations matters relating to Doctors
- Partnering with and influencing the Directorate leadership team to implement effective and consistent workforce strategies, plans and programmes, minimising people risks, monitoring impact against agreed standards and taking remedial action as required
- Influencing and shaping the people and change agenda, developing and delivering HR people plans and priorities for the specified Directorate
- Providing business insight into the formulation of both local and corporate Workforce Strategy HR
- Diagnosing business and people related issues and requirements for the specified Directorate and act as the crucial link between the needs of the Directorate and accessing the resources and talents of the specialist Corporate Workforce and OD functions
- Working cooperatively and collaboratively with colleague Business Partners to ensure consistency of application and approach on all people management matters across all Directorates
- Contributing to the overall management and leadership of the Workforce and OD Directorate through membership of the Workforce and OD Directorate leadership team
- Managing the identification and delivery of people related impacts in respect of organisation growth or change proposals e.g. insource/outsource, M&A, TUPE etc, drawing on input from specialist teams within the wider Corporate Workforce and OD function
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience of working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver aims and objectives through a coaching and consultancy approach, supporting and developing the leadership and management capabilities of senior staff
- Extensive HR experience of working with senior managers, supporting and resolving complex people issues
- Strong knowledge of best practice HR business partnering initiatives, stakeholder management and influencing strategies with a proven ability to turn these innovative ideas into working models
- Strong business acumen to support HR strategy development and delivery
- Strong knowledge of relationship management, internal service level agreements and implementation of key performance indicators
- Ability to create and communicate a clear vision and direction in order to create a motivated team and foster an environment where groups and individuals can achieve high performance
- Be a chartered Member of the CIPD
