Venn Group are delighted to have partnered with one of our valued public sector clients to source an experienced Learning and Development professional for the below interim assignment:

Location:        Oxfordshire (1 day on-site)

Contract:        3 months

Rate:              £29.33 per hour PAYE

Hours:            37.5 hours per week

Your duties will include:

• Leading a continual programme of improvement to maximise the use of the learning management system
• Implementing standard operating procedures and robust processes to enable high quality learning, and meet compliance against statutory and mandatory requirements and role specific training
• Working in partnership with a wider range of stakeholders to ensure the learning management system (LMS) service is customer centric, meets agreed service levels agreements (SLAs) to ensure the service is both efficient and effective
• Taking responsibility for the effective delivery of activities and objectives in line with the agreed targets and timeframes

The successful candidate should have:

• Knowledge of learning management systems (ideally Totara)
• Experience optimising processes and identifying areas of improvement
• Proven track record managing people, performance and building capability
