Locum Planning Solicitor – North - Remote Working

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planning Solicitor to join a Local Authority based in Tyne and Wear on an interim basis.

The client is willing to consider both full time and part time options (ideally full-time), to start in January 2025,  for an initial term of 3 months and is subject likely to extension thereafter. Fully remote working is available, however; travel for committee meetings would be deemed attractive.

An hourly umbrella rate of up to £60p/h is offered for this post.

Duties and responsibilities may include:

• Specialising in planning law 

• Dealing with a standard planning caseload to include, section 106 agreements
