Job Title: Locum Private Client Lawyer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified professional to join one of our distinguished clients in Lancashire for an initial period of 3 months, with the strong likelihood of extension.

Working Arrangement: The firms ideal would be for candidates to attend the office each working day, however the firm are willing to consider hybrid working for what they deem any exceptional candidates.

Hourly Rate: Dependent on prior experience (outside IR35)

Essential Requirements:

• Must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX qualified.
• Must be comfortable managing their own caseloads with minimal supervision

Duties:

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning
• Providing expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of professionalism and care
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents with meticulous attention to detail
