Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Contractor to recruit for a Multi-Skilled Operative on a temporary ongoing contract in Widnes.
As the successful candidate you will have experience working in social housing
The duties will include:
- Complete works including maintenance and installation on kitchens and bathrooms on void properties
- Carry out aspects of basic patch plastering, painting and tiling
- Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent
- Full UK Driving Licence (van & fuel card provided)
- Must be happy to complete a basic DBS
