Plumber role waiting to be filled
Venn Group would like to introduce a Plumber position available to candidates registered with Venn Group.
Location: Middlesbrough
Rate: £22.91 per hour CIS (Estimated)
Length: 2 months On-going
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
As a successful candidate you will have experience working as a Plumber preferably in social housing.
The duties, of which experience is essential, will include:
-Support the repairs team, to make sure the homes meet the highest standards for our customers. you'll be provided with a company van, fuel card, tools and any PPE you'll need for the role.
-Be flexible to work in other trades including patch plastering and basic joinery and tiling
- Work primarily in the vibrant Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough), with occasional travel beyond.
It is essential the successful candidate has a full UK driving license and an NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing.
Van and Fuel Card are provided.
