Multi trade plasterer

Our client, a leading Housing Association in Ellesmere Port, is currently recruiting for a Multi trade Plasterer to join their team.  You will be working on social housing, on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a salary of £33,075 per annum, Plus Company Van, Fuel Card & Excellent Benefits.

As a successful candidate your day to day duties would be:

• Undertaking full house re-plastering and diagnosing plaster patching in small areas

• Identifying and rectifying plaster defects, ensuring all necessary pre and post

• preparing works to be carried out

• Liaising with customers when arranging and carrying out work, having full regard to their needs and working from written and verbal instructions, including drawings, diagrams, sketches and calculations using measuring equipment

An ideal Multi Trade Plasterer will hold the following qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2/ NVQ Level 3
• CSCS Card
• Asbestos awareness

• The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Multi Trade Plasterer and be competent in all aspects of the Plasterer trade discipline (plastering & tiling for bathroom replacements experience within social housing)

• The ideal candidate will be Multi skilled in trades like core Joinery/Tiling

• A successful candidate will have a UK driver’s license and own their own power tools
