Venn Group are looking for a Tenancy Sustainment Worker for a Housing Association in the East Midlands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Advise and assist tenants to maintain their tenancies, including liaison with other agencies where appropriate, to ensure tenancy conditions are met
• Deliver a responsive and sensitive service to those who are at risk, making referrals to relevant agencies where appropriate and signposting tenants to external agencies
• Visit tenants in their own homes and maintain a visible presence on the estates, carrying out regular estate inspections monitoring cleaning, grounds maintenance, repairs and other services and liaise with colleagues to improve the quality of the neighbourhood and local environment.
• Proactively identify and resolve low-level antisocial behaviour and estate management issues and action all tenancy management issues, including no access issues, succession queries, assignments and potential abandonments
• Be responsible for the maintenance of all tenancy paperwork and record keeping, and manage any appropriate action to ensure compliance, throughout the life of the tenancy including liaising with tenants and any appropriate nominated representative as required.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role
• Full UK Driving Licence
• DBS
