Patient Safety Manager

Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organisation in the East Yorkshire area who urgently require an interim fulltime Patient Safety Manager.

The key role responsibilities are:

• To enhance the quality of the safety and care of both patients and staff
• To be responsible of taking leads on certain projects that give assurance in terms of Patient Safety
• Provide support to Clinical Leads
• Ensure good governance is carried out from Board level to service
• To report and monitor around safety levels within the trust
• To provide clinical governance to the team
• To write and present a high volume of reports
• To be able to investigate patient safety incidents confidentially

Please note this role is a hybrid role and does require NHS experience, as well as experience in a similar role.
