People Operations Administrator
We are currently working with an award-winning Charity based in Central London to recruit for a People Operations Administrator
The successful post holder will support the HR function of the Charity including Employee Administration, Performance Management and Data Management
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the full employee administration lifecycle
- To provide employment references for ex-employees in a timely manner
- Attend and take minutes during To take notes during focus groups and meetings
- To assist with the filing and archiving of HR records and with information retrieval
- To run reports as requested to monitor end of contracts and secondments
- To monitor and act as first point of contact for people inboxes and answer queries
Person Specification:
- High standard of both written and verbal communication
- Key knowledge and understanding of relevant British employment legislation the regulatory framework for employment in the UK
- Experience of minute taking
- Good IT skills, including use of HR databases and creating reports
- CIPP Level 3 Qualification (Desirable)
Salary: £26,720
