Job Title: Locum Planning Lawyer

Rate: Up to £55 per hour Umbrella
Working Hours: Part Time, Remote working – 22.5 hours over 3 days

Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Council based in the West Midlands in the search for an experienced Locum Planning Lawyer. This is a part time position where you will be handling various planning and highways matters.

Duties may include but not limited to:

• Negotiating and drafting a range of legal documents including section 106 agreements and section 38 and 278 agreements
• Handling planning, large scale development and highways matter
• Building relationships with the Organisation’s clients and partnerships to optimise the provision of legal services

This post is part time, (22.5 hours per week over 3 days) on a remote basis offering up to £55 per hour Umbrella.
