Job Title: Multi-Skilled Plumber

Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association to recruit for a Plumber on a temporary ongoing contract in the Northeast.
As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Plumber.
The duties will include:
- Repairs on tenanted social housing properties
- Complete works including maintenance and installation on kitchens and bathrooms
- Carry out repsonsice repairs using PDA systems
- Complete aspects of basic patch plastering, painting and basic joinery
- Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- NVQ level 3 in Plumbing
- Driving Licence (van & fuel card provided)
