Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join an established team with a long-established excellent reputation at a private practice in Skipton on FTC basis. This incredible opportunity is hoped to expand from a fixed term contract to a permanent position due to growth in the department.

The client is ideally looking for someone who is immediately available.

The position is a full time role, where the successful candidate will be able to attend the office on a full time basis.

This is a position suited to someone with the ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, and a minimum of 5 years PQE.

Duties:

• Deal with range of matters to include court of protection, inheritance tax planning, powers of attorney, wills and international estates
• Responsible for managing own caseload, and there are opportunities for business development and marketing to further grow the profile of the department up the Aire Valley and Yorkshire Dales

Rate: Dependent on prior experience
