We are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a North Birmingham based Manufacturing organisation as they look to recruit for a Procurement Administrator to join their growing Finance & Procurement team.

Procurement Administration Assistant
Duration: Permanent
Location: North Birmingham (office based)
Salary: Circa £22,000 per annum (rising to £23,000 in April) - annual salary reviews
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new products and maintaining the New Product Request Tracker, including compiling a monthly report of new products
- Confirming and chasing purchase orders, updating ETAs, and keeping internal and external sales teams informed
- Data input: assisting with maintaining price increases on internal systems and online shops for both cost and sales prices
- Data input: setting up new products on internal systems and online portals
- Providing cover for other team members, including raising purchase orders and ordering stock
- Managing the purchasing of dropship orders
- Assisting with projects as needed
Requirements:
- Ideally have 6 months experience within a fast-paced office environment
- Strong IT skills
- Knowledge of Cin7 and StockTrim would be advantageous but not essential
- Full clean UK Driving License
