Project Manager

Project Managers (Construction, Electrical, and Mechanical required)

Venn Group are supporting an organisation based in Berkshire with the recruitment of Project Managers to successfully lead on new construction, electrical and mechanical projects

• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Berkshire
• Duration: 6 months, into permanent position
• Rate: £35.00 per hour (umbrella)

Duties:

• Manage and deliver construction related projects of various sizes and values from inception to completion (£10k to £1m in value)
• Liaise with senior Directorates, stakeholders, clinical management teams and other staff including Appointed Quantity Surveyors, Consultants, and Contractors
• Monitor spend and procurement ensuring compliance with governance across multiple projects against key delivery targets set each financial year
• Provide technical support to the wider capital projects team and prepare strategic plans
• Autonomously manage a range of construction schemes from inception to completion (£10k to £1m in value)
• Monitor spend and procurement ensuring compliance with governance across multiple projects against key delivery targets set each financial year
• Provide professional specialist expertise for all capital developments in the Trust
• Manage and Monitor CDM2015 and any/all other aspects of project Health and Safety
• Generate specifications / drawings

The successful candidate will have:

• Knowledge on CDM regulations
• Previous experience managing multiple projects
• Knowledge on HTMs is ideal
