Property Lawyer – Fixed Term Contract – 12 months – Fully Remote – North West

Venn Group’s specialist legal team are pleased to be recruiting for a Property Lawyer to join an established Local Authority in the North West. This will be on a fixed term contract basis for a period of 12 months, to start ASAP.

The role will be performed on a fully remote basis. They are ideally seeking someone to take on the position on a full-time basis but would consider part-time

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX with Local Authority, Property experience. 

Duties will include a standard case load of Commercial and Residential, Borough Council Property work with definitive experience dealing with Landlord and Tenant matters.

This role is offering an annual salary of £42,400 - £43,400.

The successful candidate will be considered an employee of the council and will experience the following benefits:
