We are currently working with an outstanding organisation who is looking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team. This 12 month Fixed-term Contract is an excellent opportunity for someone with accounts experience to work within a supportive team and grow their experience.
The working hours are as follows: 8:45am to 4:45pm Monday to Thursdays with an early finish of 4:15pm on a Friday
There is also the opportunity to work at home on a Friday and the office offers free parking
Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing
- Matching Purchase Orders
- Dealing with Supplier Queries
- Bank Reconciliations
- Dealing with Petty Cash and Credit Card Requests
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Purchase Ledger
- Microsoft Excel Proficiency
Preferable:
- Keen eye and attention to detail
- Some experience using SunSystems
- Excellent communication skills
- Can work to deadlines and handle a fast-paced working environment
