Venn Group has been approached by a private company who are looking for a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk
Position: Purchase Ledger Clerk (part time)
Location: Leeds
Length: up to 3 months
The role will involve:
- Processing and coding invoices
- Dealing with customer queries via email and telephone
- Handling bank and statement reconciliations
- Preparing and issuing weekly reports
- General bookkeeping duties and carrying out Ad hoc tasks
- Monitoring a purchase ledger email inbox and reaching deadlines
- Preparing BACS payments and weekly pay runs
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and be available at short notice.
