Job Title: Purchase Ledger Manager
We are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Manager, this role is working for a well-established and reputable organisation based in the Warwick area on an initial 6-month basis.
You will be:
- Managing, supporting, and developing the Purchase Ledger Team
- Planning, allocating, and supporting the daily/weekly/monthly workloads amongst the PL Team in accordance with finance deadlines.
- Ensuring purchase invoices and expenses are coded and checked and well as entered correctly onto the system
- Ensuring supplier statements are dealt with correctly, from allocation to reconciliation
- Ensuring supplier invoices and expenses are correctly paid on a timely basis and in line with the Financial Authority Policies
- Supporting the Group Accountant
The ideal candidate will:
- Be qualified or possess significant relevant experience
- Be able to work well under pressure and have strong organisation skills
- Be able to identify and implement robust solutions as well as process enhancements
- Have sound financial and commercial business acumen
