Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for ongoing work across various sites in Scotland. Our client is open to those seeking both temporary and permanent employment

Job details /duties will include:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports
• Assist in preparing tender documentation and evaluating bids
• Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
• Monitor and control project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Support procurement processes, including sourcing subcontractors and suppliers
• Provide regular financial updates and reports to senior management and clients
