Position: Research Finance Officer (Post Award)

Duration: 6 Months (Hybrid Working)

Hourly Rate: £22 - £26

A London based University are seeking a skilled Research Finance Officer with a strong background in post award management and staff costings.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage post award financial activities, focusing on staff costings for research projects.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with university and funding body regulations.
Collaborate with researchers and administrative staff to provide financial guidance and support.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in post award management, specifically in costing staff to research projects.
Previous experience working within a university setting is essential.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
