Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant

Venn Group have partnered with a reputable law firm in Surrey, who are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant to support residential property transactions. This role is flexible, offering either locum or permanent placement for candidates who can efficiently manage files, assist with documentation, and coordinate with clients and third parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing conveyancing cases from start to completion, including document preparation, title checks, and client communication.
- Prepare and review essential legal documents, handle client inquiries, and update case management systems.
- Liaise with external parties, including solicitors, lenders, and estate agents, ensuring smooth progress through each transaction stage.
- Perform searches, raise inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of residential conveyancing experience in a law firm.
- Strong organisational, communication, and client service skills.
- Experience with conveyancing case management software.
